"Hotel was under renovation and falling apart! First room smelled like cigarettes, fan didn’t work in bathroom, tv didn’t work, fan heater in room smelled like it was about to catch fire! Went to the front to address the issues and asked for another room and she tried to hand me an air freshener for the cigarette smell, I said I don’t even smoke I think it’s disgusting and she laughed at me and then gave me another room! In this new room the fan worked but was dangling from the ceiling the ceiling was about to collapse in the bathroom as well, the door knob was falling off to the bathroom and the shower was leaking none stop! One of the elevators broke down and probably good cause the day we left the power went out! We used our phone lights to finish getting ready, to then walk out to a dark hallway on the 8th floor! Stairs here we come and got out of there!! Hotel needs a lot of work!!!!"

"Great location and nice room. But my goodness the property managers have no idea what they are doing. Took us 45 minutes to get into our room because they gave us the wrong door code. Then the next night I heard a group of people walk into someone else’s room because management gave them the code to their room and the only lock on the door can be unlocked from the outside. The soundproofing is terrible and can hear everything in the lobby and surrounding rooms. "

"Wish the property sent me the info directly to my email after booking as I didn't get the code required for entry before arrival. It was sent through Expedia that necessitates a lengthy log in , which I didn't have time to check while traveling. Other than that, was very happy with the stay. Super clean, nice, and smack in the middle of the best of Plateau! With the amazing Toledo bakery right next door"
