"Room was spacious with kitchen, walk-in closet and bath. Nice lighting in bathroom and dressing area. King size bed was a little too soft. We needed more warmth because the cold weather but the heat was off for the seasonal change to A/C! The staff brought up a space heater that helped a lot."

"Arrived on a chilly day to lovely waitstaff and a roaring fireplace with leather wing chairs and hot beverages. Quite a wine selection for those who imbibe. Old world charm and comfort. Beautiful setting over looking the river and close to so many great restaurants and shops. Quick walk over the bridge to New Hope. Lovely continental breakfast. Bath tubs, robes and slippers a definite plus for relaxing! We will be back!"

"I had a nice comfortable stay. Visiting in Philly can be stressful as it is a very busy city in PA. The Staff at this location are very friendly and are willing to help and serve you at any time. The hotel itself is very clean and the beds comfortable. I slept great the two nights I stayed. This was my second time I have visited this location and will come back again if needed. Thank you all for a nice comfortable stay."

"Staff was very helpful, room was clean.. it’s an older property so a bit dingy and some things good be improved …. Breakfast was bare bones and not our thing but not horrid….. stay if you plan to be out and about as it is a good place to lay your head and well priced but it is not resort vibes…….fair for fair price!!! Nice staff and very accommodating!!"

"Our room was not ready at check-in time. We were told that they were finishing up, and it would be 10-15 minutes. After a half-hour, I went back to the front desk. Our room was still not ready, but they found us another room. Unfortunately, it was never updated in their system. The next morning, three different staff members attempted to enter our room because they thought we were checking out. I thought the third person had taken care of it, but it took 2 more phone calls from the front desk to figure out we were leaving the next day. I was assured that everything was fixed, but our key cards were deactivated when we went out for the evening. We were not offered an apology or any compensation for being inconvenienced multiple times. In fact, when I asked for late checkout, the front desk person said they couldn't do it, and, after all, we'd "only waited 30 minutes" for our room at check-in. She was extremely rude and dismissive. To top it off, housekeeping tried to come in the next morning well before checkout despite the do not disturb sign. The property itself was fine, but I will never stay there again due to their disorganization and poor customer service."
