Hello, good afternoon, we regret that your stay was not to your liking, but the truth is that the room that you reserved never says that it has two beds. If 4 people can be accommodated since it says that it has a sofa bed but that we never quote since you registered the reservation for 2 more people I never commented that it would have more than 5 people in that room and the truth is that they left the room up there that they had a party in that room and because we offered cleaning service and you did not want them to enter the room so that they would not realize how many people were in the room, I repeat, we regret that your stay was not to your liking but this is a quiet place And well, if you are going to bring extra people and have parties in the room, we prefer that you tell us to be prepared and be able to tell you that we do not accept so many people in a single room.
