"A cute house on a patio with a pool. The house could use a little updating (a few ripped screens, older couch, etc), but the A/C in the bedrooms worked well and the patio has several trees, so it's well shaded. The owner found us some boogie boards and beach toys for my kids to use- so kind! No mosquitos which was a huge plus! A few hiccups finding the house- near the end of a dirt road. Walkable to the beach, but the road is so dusty when cars go by that's it not an altogether appealing...

"The property was very attractive, comfortable and well stocked. We appreciated the pool which was right in front of the home, as well as the beach towels, beach chairs and cooler, all of which came in handy for days spent at the beach. The house is in a gated community with 24 hour security so we felt very comfortable leaving both day and night. "If I was to build a vacation home for myself, it would be exactly this. It is comfortable, tastefully decorated, and convenient to local attractions. The parking area is uncovered but inside the locked gate, so very secure; it was a snug fit, but with practice I was able to park my compact SUV with ease.
