"We had a wonderful day at the Palacio Arriluce and especially enjoyed an afternoon of relaxing on their terrace by the pool overlooking the harbor. The staff was very helpful providing guidance for our day trip into Bilbao to visit the Guggenheim Museum and for dinner reservations nearby. The breakfast were great and we had a nice dinner one night at the hotel."

Alfredo was very responsive and helpful and made some great recommendations for local vendors. We used the grill to cook a large meal, which worked well. The pool was great for the kids."
