"Staff engagement/service are at International 5-star levels. Breakfast choice/range/service excellent. Minor disappointment is smaller rooftop pool is 30-40cm deep so really there for show but that's a property design restriction. Overall an excellent team and a very well run hotel. IHG would do well to send this property management team elsewhere in the group to improve other management teams (Intercontinental Forshan, Doha, ANA Tokyo to name a few!)"

"Really nice hotel in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The property is very pretty, more like a villa/bungalow than a regular hotel, with a nice yard and pool. The staff were also really nice. My only issue was the location. It’s pretty far from the city, and getting back and forth was expensive, around €17–€18 each way. I tried taking the bus a couple of times, but the wait was really long and the buses were often full, so I ended up taking Ubers. As a solo female traveler, I was a little uncomfortable at first since it’s more of a villa and there’s no 24-hour front desk, but after a night or two I felt totally fine. The neighborhood felt safe and the staff were great. One small thing that could be improved is the bedding. It would be nice to have newer/fresher looking sheets, bed covers, and pillow Overall, I liked the place, just keep in mind that it’s quite far from the city."

Any issues we had the host responded right away. Beautiful patio, comfortable sleeping arrangements, underground parking. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great spacious villa for 10 adults, 5 couples. We spent loads of time round the pool, chasing the sun round garden. Villa was very clean, all bathrooms are very new and modern. Two big fridges, and loads of cooking equipment etc.Frederick was on hand as soon as we got there, he told about about the local area, he was very friendly and helpful, we were able to leave our suitcases whilst the villa was getting cleaned. Mercadona and Lidl only 2 minute walk away, the beach was only a 15 minute walk away. We got taxis into Marbella old town, we used apps called Bolt and Uber."

La casa es amplia, muy cómoda y está justo enfrente del mar, con unas vistas magníficas y una temperatura muy agradable incluso en los días más calurosos.Se tarda literalmente menos de un minuto en llegar a la playa. Además, es una playa limpia, tranquila y con muy buen ambiente familiar, algo que no siempre es fácil encontrar en Marbella.La terraza con jardín es uno de los grandes atractivos de la casa. Al final, es el lugar donde más tiempo se pasa y donde realmente se disfruta de las vacaciones, ya sea para desayunar, descansar o pasar la tarde al aire libre.En conjunto, es un alojamiento muy cómodo, bien situado y perfecto para disfrutar del mar y descansar. Lo recomiendo sin duda.Tambien queria decir que la atención de Paula ha sido perfecta."
