"Staff are very respectful, lovely and helpful. You can feel thy you’re in a 5 star hotel with their customer service going beyond and above. The only thing I’d add is that the cleaners don’t come everyday to change towels and clean the bin. Our bin would be full by the end of the day due to using apartment and having a baby. "Hotel amazing great facilities. Toilets round pool area many did not have door locks or were smashed glass which was not I. Keeping with the rest of the hotel . Unfortunately not all bar and restaurant staff were polite and were quite rude which when working in hospitality is disappointing as all other staff amazing and welcoming and helpful. Duty manager Miriam was amazing . Despite some of the staffs attitude would still return as had a brilliant holiday."

"Pool area was super and pool bar staff, particularly Miriam, were excellent. Rooms are on the smaller side compared to other 5 star hotels, but sufficient and clean. Large choice at breakfast although always very busy and hard to get a table. Main disapppintment were the drinks. At breakfast the fresh orange squash was very diluted with water and tasted like squash. At the pool, the beer and the soft drinks were also extremely watered down, which was annoying as we weren’t all inclusive so we were paying full price for terrible tasting drinks. This needs to be improved. Snacks at pool bar are basic but tasty and not too expensive. We did not eat in hotel in the evenings so cannot comment on restaurant food. Lovely hotel and super holiday but could easily be even better."

"Excellent hotel , great staff. Only stayed b&b but couldn't fault it. Only slight negative was the pool was getting refurbished the week after our stay. So there was lots of black stains but once the pool is back in use it will be superb again. Pool and bar drinks were reasonable Pint 6 euro wine 6 euro soft drinks 4 euro Got an ocean view room which didnt disappoint Would recommend this hotel"

"The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the shower and bath had good pressure and temperature. The location of the hotel was perfect, away from the high-traffic tourist areas but still only a few minutes away from local beaches, shops and restaurants. Our favorite part was having drinks and relaxing by the pool. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet had a good variety to chose from. Made to order egg omelets, fried eggs, crepes and waffles, plenty of fruits, juices, pastries, etc. as you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come back without hesitation. Now the minor things which I would improve: Toilet paper is the thinnest kind - I would expect something a bit more premium. The strawberries in cocktails and topping for crepes are frozen, I would expect fresh strawberries. The tv in our room didn’t have streaming apps and chromecast didn’t work / password wasn’t in the room. The elevators were dated, especially the one to the parking garage, it would open doors multiple times and drop a bit when a person would get in. The live music was great but ran a bit late for my liking, (until 11pm) ."

Breakfast is outstanding, probably the best you can get. Staff and housekeeping are are great, super professional. I’d highly highly recommend this hotel, we couldn’t fault it."
