I would have put a 4,5 out of 5. Here’s why:
Pros:
- Good location, near the beach and the superstores
- Very nice amenities such as the pool which is open 24h, AC and free parking.
-Some free food to eat for breakfast
Cons:
-They’re not very responsive when you try to message them by the Expedia app. The day before our arrival, I advised them that we were going to arrive late at night. A few hours before my arrival, I still had no answer so I decided to search for their website in order to find a way to get the check-in information. I communicated with the lady by whatsapp and it was all good after that. However, It was a bit stressful to be in this situation because since it’s a self check-in, not having the codes to access the place at 11h30 p.m would have been unpleasant. Having the codes in advance at least a day before would have been much better.

The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!

"The basic rooms at the hotel are pretty rundown. If you want to enjoy your stay go for a family room with a €25 additional charge per night.
