Swimming, fishing, sailing, surfing, rowing, motorboating, stand-up paddleboarding, building sandcastles, sunbathing, biking, or simply relaxing—these are just a few of the ways to enjoy a wonderful holiday in our beautiful holiday home right by the lake.
Our newly renovated holiday home is located on a fenced-in lot with a garden. For a relaxing holiday, you’ll find a living room with a fireplace and a kitchenette featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, and dishwasher; a sunroom with a dining table; a bedroom with a large bed (1.60 m × 2.00 m) and a second TV; an adjoining room with a single bed and a cot; and a nice bathroom with a shower. Windows with fly screens, a lockable garden shed for your bicycles, and a large sun terrace are available. The entire house is equipped with electric floor heating. Baby gear is provided. Bed linens and towels are included.

The holiday home is located in Plau am See in the Heidenholz district, very close to the lake.
It’s only 150 metres to your own swimming dock, and the lovely dog beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Across the street, you’ll find a small petting zoo. The charming and beautifully renovated town of Plau am See is just 2.00 km away, easily reached by walking directly along the lake. And right next to the property runs the newly built bike path, which takes you all the way around the lake. The tranquil health resort of Plau am See is located in the far east of the Ludwigslust/Parchim district, in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It captivates visitors with its surroundings, rich in lakes and forests, at the outlet of the Müritz-Elde waterway from Lake Plau and the Plau City Forest nature reserve. The natural surroundings are ideal for various water sports, hiking, and cycling. In addition, this town of 6,000 residents offers good shopping options for daily necessities, restaurants, as well as doctors and pharmacies. The small town of Waren, located directly on Lake Müritz, is only 45 km away, and Berlin is also within easy reach at 150 km; Hamburg is approximately 2 hours away.
We provide bed linens, towels, and kitchen towels free of charge for our guests. Utilities are not included.
One dog is welcome; we charge an additional fee of €45.00 per day (no other pets allowed). The town of Plau am See charges a visitor’s tax of €1.50 per day for guests aged 15 and older from April 1 through October 31. This is a smoke-free home! Please observe the quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.!
