"This is an interesting overnight. The outside of the hotel is not clean and welcoming. We had no instructions on getting in, and when we arrived, called a number on the door but never did get a phone call, only a text. There was a rather creepy man standing in the only other occupied room and before I got my text to open the door, he had it opened!? It is a man cave, one window, rather dark, poorly lit, had I known, we would have driven to Mitchell."

"Sheets were fantastic. House needs a little work. The heat was good, hot water was good, coffee pot worked fine. The living room rug is bad, needs to be tossed. The on duty manger was very helpful with the lock. Would probably stay again if needed."

While the basic housekeeping seemed okay and the motel has an older, rustic charm, the room's air conditioner was completely unable to cool the space—to the point where it was actually warmer inside the room than it was outside.
