"I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful. We wanted advice on what to do and they all had great advice, Kamran helped with taxi's, I needed a hoover for my vacuum packed bags (easyjet carryon bag haha) and the cleaner left it in my room, and I left my watch behind and Ciara kindly took it to the post office. It couldn't have been cleaner, beds made daily and new towels every other day. The breakfast was a huge selection and really delicious. The location is so close to the beach, and we felt very safe. Don't hesitate to book!! And thank you so much."

"4th stay here this year, fantastic hotel & i didn't want to leave & can't wait to come back, facilities are good, staff are great & the food is nice & good value oh & the area is beautiful. I was seriously considering extending my stay & wish i had,i got to the airport & stuck on the plane over 3 hours then cancelled flight so i booked along Arenal for 2 further nights, i should of stayed where i was, Arenal does not compare to ona hotel & Paguera."

"Our stay was nice. The staff were helpful, the food was good, and the pool area is very nice. Only complaints are that you have to “reserve” chairs very early or you’ll never get a spot by the pool. And, then, you have to hope the spot you found isn’t surrounded by chain smokers. I know that’s the culture in Europe but it’s frustrating when there’s so much smoking everywhere around the pool. Finally, the evening events are fun but bring earplugs if you plan to go to sleep before 2300. The bingo and music is so loud it echoed in our room. We were on a low floor so that may have been part of the problem. Again, overall, it was a nice stay but not great as referenced"

"We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Everything is good except WiFi connection. Probably we will stay at this hotel next time we are in Vienna. We like the neighbor hood of the hotel and the size of the hotel. I hope they will have the better WiFi connection."

"Just come back from a short stay at Aparthotel Novo Mar. It really exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spacious and quiet, and conveniently located. Everything felt very fresh and clean. Christina and Juan on reception were absolutely lovely, and very helpful. I also had some comms with the property before we arrived (through the Expedia app) and my queries were answered promptly. All in all, very pleased."
