Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest\`s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.  
  
➤ Please note that the neighbor\`s lawn is off-limits to the guests, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.  
  
➤ Availability of 2 spots in the driveway.

Located in the charming riverside community of Plantagenet, the home offers a peaceful rural escape while still being close to essentials. Guests can explore the scenic Ottawa River for fishing, boating, or kayaking, and enjoy local trails for hiking and cycling. The village of Plantagenet is known for its small-town hospitality, local restaurants, and shops. Just 45 minutes from Ottawa, it’s easy to plan a day trip to the city while returning to the tranquility of nature in the evening.

➜ Easy access to Highway 174 for quick trips to Ottawa.  
➜ Car recommended for exploring the surrounding area and attractions.  
➜ Local shops and restaurants in Plantagenet are just a short drive away.

➤ Unfortunately, I can\`t offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

1\. There is no front desk as this is a house property. Please contact me via Airbnb Messenger for any questions.  
  
2\. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony if there is one. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)  
  
3\. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 9 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.  
  
4\. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.  
  
5\. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary, so we can effectively prepare for the next guests.  
  
6\. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am and keys must be placed as instructed. I often accommodate late check-outs if I know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $50 charge per each additional half-hour stay.  
  
7\. All bookings require the Primary guest\`s photo ID and the complete names of the guests above 18 years of age.  
  
8\. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
