I paid a fifty dollar deposit for incidental's and I had to call the hotel two times to get the money refunded back into my credit card account

Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay
I’ve stayed here multiple times. This place is always clean and the staff is always accommodating. The only issue I have ever had is with the pay for parking. My room key wouldn’t let me out the gate and I had to call for help which was resolved quickly.

The Barrymore Hotel Tampa Riverwalk
Was a very nice and clean place. Very accommodating due to our flights getting cancelled and needing a few nights in an emergency.

OASIS BAY SUITES, Tampa, Busch Gardens, USF
The rooms were very clean. Access to rooms were all inside the pool area and courtyard so felt safe and all outside areas were locked . We were on the bottom floor right at the pool.
