"This property was an absolute dream! The house is incredibly nice – clean, comfortable, modern, and so quiet. The Valrico/Bloomington area is beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Carlos was a fantastic host, very communicative and accommodating. Honestly, this was one of the best rental experiences I've ever had, and I highly recommend it to everyone. I'll definitely be back!"

"Stayed here for a trip to Sun & Fun airshow and had an excellent time. Plenty of space for me and the guys, backyard and patio area were just perfect for relaxing afterwards & cooling off in the pool. No chemical smell there btw, I think it’s saltwater pool & was clean and nice. Will definitely look to stay here next time, clean, good design sense, quality furnishings, been in the host family for ages and you can tell it’s well loved."

"We rented this property due to the proximity to family locally but we were pleasantly surprised at how close it was to several restaurants, a Publix, coffee shop and lots more!! The house looks like an older ranch on the outside, however inside it’s more modern and cute. We had our 2 very small grandchildren with us and there was not a ton of things to take up to keep out of their hands. There was 6 adults for us and the two children and plenty of space! The outside space was nice with plenty of seating and pool floats. We had one minor issue when we first arrived and the owner jumped right on it and it did not affect our stay at all. Great communication! We enjoyed this stay and would definitely stay again and recommended it to other family members from out of state"

"What a lovely home and a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed the privacy the home brought being tucked back and nestled into the golf course. The living room had a very relaxing and calming feel. And the lanai was a great place to eat breakfast and enjoy our iced coffee. Our kids enjoyed the fooseball table and even learned to play chess during our stay. The extra touch of games brings a fun element when traveling with kids. We had plenty of room as a family of six. It is always a good sign when you stay in a home and can easily see yourself living there. Would love to stay here again. "

"Booked this property for family coming in for a memorial. While the property was clean and adequate for the required stay, the it's is quite rundown and many items were broken, missing or in disrepair. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were tiny, but again, clean. However, as stated many items in and around the property were not great. For example, all the lights leading up the pathway are broken but one; it looks like someone ripped off the panel box and tried to cut wires on the side of the house; the medicine cabinet in the bathroom was missing the door; there are random repairs on the walls inside that haven't been covered or painted; the AC return is held closed with painters tape; and the screens on the back patio were punched out, etc.That said the property was clean and tidy, comfortable, and was adequate for the needs of our guests. It was close to our location, a jaunt down Hwy 60 from the interstate, and near any store, food, or accommodation you could ask for. The hosts were communicative and made check in and out an easy process. "
