"Though it's not the Hilton it is a very clean and practical motel. Drive right up to your room. Makes for easy unloading of your luggage. No long walks from the parking lot down a corridor to your room. Everything you need for an overnight stay. Great place to stay if you're going to the Knoxville Speedway. Just a short 30 minute drive. Refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV, soap and shampoo. I highly recommend and we'll stay there again."

"This property really was home away from home. They provided everything you would need for a great vacation. Randy wasn't kidding when he said to pack light. Bring your food and enjoy. Very close to the boat ramps at rathbun lake. The only issue we had was the parking is tight with a boat and 2 vehicles. We made it work. Very nice place and we will surely be back."

Breakfast was good- waffles, bagels, cereal, toast, fresh fruit only thing missing was form of protien... no eggs, sausage or bacon... not even hard boiled eggs. That's my only point for improvement."

The property was very clean, well-maintained, and had cute decor that made it feel welcoming and comfortable. The location was perfect for our trip—just a short distance from the boat ramp, making lake access incredibly convenient. There was also plenty of room to park our boat and trailer when we weren’t on the water, which was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place near the lake."

"My husband stayed at this property recently with some friends for a fishing trip. They said it was in a great location. It was close to the lake and also close to a bait shop. There was a town 7 miles away. There was room for both boats to be put under the carport. The house had everything they needed and it was very clean. The beds were very comfortable."
