This comfortable, newly built villa has been decorated in a warm and cosy style. It offers a magnificent, unobstructed view of the village of Plan de la Tour, the vineyards, and the surrounding hills. Located in a quiet setting, it is nonetheless close to all the amenities available in the village, as well as the many sports and recreational activities offered in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. You’ll fall in love with it—and many guests return!<br><br>The main portion of the villa can accommodate 6–8 people. A studio apartment is also available for 2 people, either as an addition to the main villa or separately if the villa is not rented (but always for a maximum of 8 people), <br><br>The entryway opens onto the dining room and living room, which lead out to the terraces and the pool. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room and has access to the terrace.<br><br>On the same level, there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom, with a large double bed, has its own shower room with a toilet, as well as a walk-in closet; it overlooks the pool. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third has two twin beds. They share a bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub/shower. There is also a separate bathroom. The bedding is of high quality. The villa features a high-quality Hi-Fi system with indoor and outdoor speakers. Books about the region, as well as DVDs, are available.
