"Good hotel, buffet service provided was excellent, guests somewhat exuberant in their portions, staff super friendly and helpful. À la carte a tad disappointing as was food at pool snack bar. Lobby bar was lovely with great staff as was reception staff. Recommend."

"Disappointed to be honest. First gripe is that although the actual resort is lovely, pools maintained well and lots of them, beach is good, it is directly under the flight path and there are a LOT of flights coming in and out all day long. Room cleaning was a bit hit and miss and one of our rooms didn’t have the drinks stocked once during our 10 day stay which was annoying. Booking restaurants was a bit frustrating because you always had to go to reception, could only book 2 days ahead and the reception always took a loooong time. The food was dreadful though which is the main disappointment, didn’t have a single good meal. Selection wasn’t great and seemed like everything had been heated up from the freezer section, we ate out many times. Also frustrating when the website advertises access to the waterpark at the affiliate hotel next door but upon arrival we were told that we had to pay an entry fee and our wristbands didn’t even make us eligible for drinks on-site. Not a big deal perhaps but very misleading. It was a pleasant stay but I wouldn’t go back."

"Ein unvergesslicher Familienurlaub in einer modernen Wohlfühloase!Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie für 2 Wochen im brandneuen Apartment 2 (Eröffnung Juli 2025) und sind absolut begeistert! Dank geschickter Sichtschutzwände bietet es perfekte Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Ein Highlight für die Kinder waren die kleinen Igel abends im Garten. Die Wohnung war sofort bezugsfertig und wir wurden mit Wein, Bier, Softdrinks und lokalen Leckereien überrascht. Das Apartment hat 2 Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage und ein Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Espressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Waschmaschine. Schnelles WLAN, Smart-TV (alle Streamingdienste) und Kinderspiele sind vorhanden. Der Service von Chrisoula ist außergewöhnlich: Die Außenanlagen sind top gepflegt, die Poolchemie wird regelmäßig geprüft. Während unserer 3-Insel-Tour wurden auf Ihr Angebot die Betten neu bezogen! Chrisoula war immer erreichbar und super herzlich. Wir lernten sie abends auch in ihrem tollen „Palatiano Restaurant Cafe“ in Mastichari kennen. Da wir dort oft sehr lecker gegessen haben, entstand ein toller, persönlicher Austausch. Tipp: Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert (5 Min. nach Mastichari zu Tavernen/Supermarkt, 10 Min. zum Flughafen – leichte Fluggeräusche stören absolut nicht). Vielen Dank für diesen Traumurlaub, liebe Chrisoula! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."

"Room was amazing , I chose the private pool… and it was a nice size and lots of privacy ! Everyone was great , … my only frustration in paying for all inclusive yet wanting to also see the island was everything shuts down re food at 9:30 pm .. including room service etc …. Also filled first day some sodas and such in the fridge however no way to open them as it needed an opener , and key card in the slot so when you came back at end of day fridge was warm, room very warm and stuffy etc … , beautiful place"

"Alojamiento ideal en Kos. Si buscas el sitio perfecto para tus vacaciones no lo dudes es este. Estuvimos alojados en el apartamento 3 (para nosotros el mejor de los 3 que tienen) por su estratégica ubicación. Es el más alejado de la carretera y el que más privacidad tiene. La zona exterior para comer está protegida del sol hasta última hora de la tarde y la piscina siempre está soleada. Hasta tiene unas pequeñas vistas al mar donde se ve la puesta de sol. Por dentro tienes todas las comodidades. Una habitación con cama super gigante y otra habitación con 2 individuales. Cocina y baño completamente equipados. Los dueños fueron super amables, siempre atentos con nosotros, nos dejaron un montón de detalles: agua, fruta, dulces, frutos secos, vino blanco y tinto, cervezas, zumos, leche y café, etc. Hasta había varios juegos de mesa e incluso una colchoneta en la piscina. No lo dudes este es tu alojamiento"
