The hotel was very nice overall, the bed was very comfortable, the room very spacious and practical, the bathroom was particularly nice with a good shower, the car park easy to access and find, the parking easy, very good location for accessing Palace of Versailles. The breakfast was good, with choice of meats/ cheese and bacon sausages, pancakes and egg (scrambled plus pastries and breads. My only issue was accidentally booking 3 overnights (on 2 separate trips) one overnight in error whilst browsing on Expedia. I had hoped for a.refund given the accidental booking was booked approximately 9/10 pm at night and so obviously it wasn’t needed, however it was my error.

Great pit stop during a road trip

Really good hotel. Brand new, good breakfast, beds are comfy. Staff during check in and breakfast seemed a bit depressed though.

Booked this hotel after visiting Monet’s Garden in Giverny and wanted somewhere to stay close to Versailles but not in central Paris. This hotel was perfect. Just 10 miles/15 mins drive to Versailles. Secure included free parking on site. Plenty of spaces.(30+) Also 4 EV charge points which were not advertised but came as a nice surprise as we drive an EV. And also free to charge! Lovely staff. Very clean. Nice sized room which was quiet and comfortable. Bed fantastically comfortable. Whole hotel felt brand new but is apparently 3+ years old. Water machines on each floor and in reception offering free chilled/sparkling or normal temp water. Very useful as there during a heatwave. Right next door to the hotel was a very nice Italian Restaurant (Del Arte) which was surprisingly busy. Also a KFC next door to that.

Malgré l excellence du séjour, j'ai quelques remarques: est-ce qu'on ne propose plus de peignoirs et surtout de pantoufles dans les 4*? J'ai été déçue! Mais surtout le room service n'est pas à la hauteur: le choix d une assiette de charcuterie nous a apporté jambons et fromages servis le matin au petit-déjeuner...et quand je dis le matin, je veux dire au mieux la veille et sans doute beaucoup plus. Un goût douteux parfois à la limite du comestible, surtout pour les fromages. Plus que déçue!

Le personnel très vite débordé pour peu de choses Il n'arrive pas à gérer les tâches multi clients à l'accueil. Nous avons pris deux verres de vin rouge au bar et croyez-moi, vu la qualité de dégustation du vin, il était hors de question d'en prendre d'autres. Il y avait un match de l'équipe de France ? Plusieurs personnes étaient réunies sur les tables ayant commandé un verre pour regarder le match sur grand écran et le personnel. N'a réagi qu'après plusieurs demandes, pour mettre le match.
