The Campanile suited our purposes insofar as its situation. We were able to park the car safely and easily and take the bus into La Rochelle. We had a prob with the air conditioning which was promptly rectified/change of room and offer of one free breakfast. The room itself was spotlessly clean but a bit Spartan and the view from the window was poor.

Very nice overnight stay on our way to the south west. Food was good and rooms fine. Shame there was no outside seating area but terrace for dinner was lovely. Would stay again

This hotel took us by suprise.. Room was great on the 6th floor over looking the city.. Very walkable to see the churches or down to river area.. Many food options in-between.. We loved how the windows open for fresh air and ability to take great pictures of the area.. And a decent breakfast to top it all off.. I would definitely visot here again..
