"The view from balcony was very peaceful. All rooms have water view. Room was very clean. Although I did not use- breakfast is available for guest at the 3 Fisherman restaurant. Will stay again on my next trip back to Fla. Price was reasonable"

"It was the best hotel I have ever stayed at! Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and inviting. They clearly keep up on the property as I watched maintenance go around and fix little things often. The room I stayed in was clearly painted and renovated a couple months before I stayed and it looks fantastic! Plenty of towels by the pool, breakfast was basic but had options which was appreciated since we stayed there for almost a week. After this stay I will only be using Baymont hotels! I'm regretting not signing up to be a rewards member when the friendly woman at the desk offered."

"The motel was very old and the furniture was outdated as well. The owners were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated, but the room was very small and not very clean. The bathroom was also extremely small. Overall, the hotel really needs renovation because everything feels old and worn out."

"The property was clean and well kept but older. Most of the employees were very professional and helpful. The lady who maintained the breakfast worked very hard. There was plenty of parking in the lot out front. The Red Grouper Tavern is just down the road and had great food. Overall a great place to stay if you are on a budget."
