"I was in town for work and this studio was in the absolute best location for me. 20 minutes from work and family and only few minutes to downtown Venice. The studio was in a perfect location. It's in a very quaint little neighborhood. It was very clean and the property taken care of. Laurie reached out a few times to make sure my stay was going well. She was very attentive to her guest. I will 100% be booking here agian for my trips."

"We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and Lisa was a gracious host. The little touches where unexpected and beautiful but the fresh eggs from the chickens was amazing! "Everything about this property was perfect for us. We had the whole place to ourselves for almost our entire stay which was lovely. The walk to the beach was perfectly fine, even when loaded down. The beach itself is small, but never crowded. I would definitely come back to stay at this property!"

"We just spent one week here. The location was great for sightseeing and day trips. There was a Publix right across the street, very convenient! As for the condo, it was spotless and VERY well stocked. Anything we could think of was there! Incident that put this hotel over the top!!!
"We went to Venice to find shark'steeth; By Saturday night, we found 310 total. Not to shabby. When we started unloading our beach stuff, my husband asked where were the sharks' teeth? "In our beach bag," I replied. He couldn't find them and went back to the car to see if they fell out somewhere. No luck. After showering, I went out to the car to look for them. They were nowhere to be found. As I reentered the lobby, the front desk person, Ashley, asked how my day went. I told her about losing the bag of teeth. After a brief pause, she asked if they were in a clear plastic bag? "Yes, they were." She told me another guest had found them at the entrance to the lobby. I couldn't believe it. She called the guest's room and advised that the owner of the bag of teeth was standing in front of her. Within a few minutes, the other guest arrived with my bag in hand. Overjoyed, I thanked her profusely and gave her a big hug. If it hadn't been for Ashley, I wouldn't have my precious shark's teeth. Thanks, Ashley."
