This is a cozy, 280 sq ft studio. Enjoy all that Placerville and the surrounding rivers, lakes, mountains, farms, Apple Hill, and old mining towns have to offer when you stay at our little home! We are located among family farms, some including horses, goats, sheep, chickens and yet in a neighborhood, very close to amenities such as groceries and gas. It’s quiet and peaceful! There is one wall shared with homeowner.
