Nestled on a private property surrounded by trees and rolling hills, this cozy home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. With a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and serene outdoor areas, this is the ideal getaway for families, couples, or friends. Recently remodeled in 2024, the home features modern finishes and thoughtful details throughout. The open-concept kitchen includes quartz countertops, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a Thor range, and beautiful views of the landscaped yard. The living and dining areas are perfect for gathering, while the expansive 48+ ft covered patio offers a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy orchard views. The primary suite has a walk-in closet and spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub, double vanity, and shower. Another bedroom includes its own private entrance and bathroom—ideal for in-laws or guests seeking extra privacy. Outdoors, you’ll find over 100 fruit and nut trees including pomegranate, peach, olive, mandarin, pear, walnut, and apple. The grounds also feature a custom garden area, a shared pond, and plenty of space for RVs, boats, and guest parking. Guests will have full access to the entire home and 3-acre property, including: 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms Spacious kitchen with quartz counters & Thor range Large covered patio with orchard views Central heat & AC, whole house fan, and fireplace insert Gated entry with paved driveway and 3-car garage Orchard, garden area, and pond access This home blends privacy, comfort, and modern style in a peaceful country setting—while still being close to wineries, historic downtown Placerville, Apple Hill, and Lake Tahoe. We are experienced hosts in Sacramento and the surrounding areas and are happy to assist with any questions you may have. You can reach us anytime through Airbnb messaging, as we monitor it 24/7\. For emergencies during your stay, feel free to contact us by phone. For general inquiries, messaging us through the app is the best way, and we’ll be sure to respond promptly throughout the day. Outdoor security cameras may be in use for safety purposes. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and parties or events are not allowed. Gated entry with paved driveway and 3-car garage. If you\`re bringing a pet, please note there is a $100 pet fee per pet. No Parties / Unregistered Guests Parties are strictly prohibited. A $500 violation fee will be charged for any party, plus additional cleaning fees as necessary. Violators must vacate the property. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please refrain from any gatherings or outdoor noise after 10 PM in respect of our neighbors. A $500/night fee may apply for violations. Number of Guests: There will be a fee of $50 for each guest over 6 unless discussed with us, even if the person does not stay the night. This is to prevent parties. Check-Out: Check-out is before 11:00 am. There will be a fee of $100/hour for late checkouts. Please let us know about the time you plan to check out so we can pass this information on to the housekeepers. We kindly ask that prior to leaving, do all your dishes, gather towels and start a load in the washing machine, and take out the trash. This helps us keep the cleaning cost down. Leave the home basically as you found it when you arrived. Restrooms: Please do not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet. Smoking: Our house is a non-smoking home. There will be no smoking of cigarettes or weed inside the house or a $500 charge. Candles: We do not allow candles in the home, this is a fire hazard. Damage: We understand that accidents happen. We ask that you please let us know when something is broken so that we can replace or repair it. There is a stain remover under the sink in the kitchen for the carpet and bedding. Pets: Pets are allowed with a $100 per pet, non-refundable fee. No more than two (2) pets are allowed. Please alert us prior to your stay if you are planning on bringing along your pet. All pets must be fully potty trained, and not track mud or dirt into our home; please clean your pet\`s feet if they are dirty/muddy prior to allowing them in the home. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture, including the beds. Keep the bedroom doors closed that are not being used. We shall not be held responsible in any way for anything that may happen to your pet. Please note, there will be an additional $200 fee for animal waste found on the property after you leave. No pets in the pool. Please note that the pets are not to be left alone at the home. Longer Stays: For stays exceeding 30 days, a mandatory cleaning service is required at the guest\`s expense. This ensures that the accommodation is well-maintained throughout longer stays. The cleaning fee will be charged to the guest. Lost Items: Please do not forget anything in the home. We can not package and ship things that are left behind. Utilities: We kindly ask that you switch off lights and turn off AC/heater when not in the home. Please do not unplug anything in the home. It is difficult for the next guest if lamps are unplugged, and there are items in the home that operate the door lock and doorbell. If you don’t know what it is, do not unplug it. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing and watching movies on the large outdoor screen as well as in the cozy living room with its oversized, comfortable sofa. The home features multiple large screens throughout, perfect for entertainment. The master bedroom was a dream—extremely comfortable mattress and top-quality bedding. While we didn’t use the other bedrooms, they were beautifully appointed.
