For one thing, it has air conditioning! So amazing when it's 95\*F outside. The balcony is huge, and there's a great view of the water. Plenty of space inside with three sleeping areas, two bathrooms, and a washer! The neighborhood is fantastic. It's just a walk up to the top of the street and you've got your choice of bakeries, restaurants, shops. The beach is only a short walk away - the water is heavenly. Communication with the owner was easy and timely. This renovated home is exactly what it looks like on the pictures. It is very clean and cozy. The location was a 10\. It was less than a two minute walk to the center where everything is located. Restaurants, ice cream parlor and shops. Once you reach the center it’s a short walk down the stairs to the beach which is beautiful. There are also restaurants shops and ice cream bars there as well. I would certainly rent this again, thank you to Francesco for your hospitality. ##### Mario C.
