We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! So much that we are already planning to go back for my husbands birthday next year. The staff were all great, from helpful and attentive reception and breakfast staff to the friendly cleaners who all always seemed happy and cheerful. Lovely hotel, good facilities and pleasant staff. Staff speak limited English, but enough to get things done. It’s a half board, but doesn’t include any drinks. On the first night we thought that the house wine was included as menu had no price. We then got a bill the next day, which was fine, but just bear in mind that drinks are not included - it wasn’t clear to us. Staff also don’t know the prices, on the following night we asked how much the wine costed, we were told 31 euros and it ended up...

The hotel is very unique - a jungle theme in Austria! The hotel still feels very new, the apartments are well equipped and very spacious. The spa and pool area is perfect for the kids and adults to unwind at the end of the day. We got a free summer card with our stay which was unexpected and saved us a lot of money.
