Please leave food leftovers in the refrigerator. The food being put in the outside garbage cans is attracting racoons. Food that is left in the refrigerator is easier to handle and dispose of.

When checking out, please leave bedding on the bed, is it easier for us to handle it that way. Only put used towels in the laundry bag in the bathroom.

Please leave ON the main bedroom lamp, the stained glass lamp, and the desk lamp. These are smart devices that shut off remotely.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please pick up after your pet, especially on the grass. We provide dog bags. There is a non-smoking policy. Do not discard cigarettes on the lawn.

Please Do Not feed the turtle. It is a wild animal so keep a distance. Please respect all wildlife and help save protected species like the loons.

We provide charcoal and firewood for the first and second nights only. Other consumable supplies might be provided but limited. Please plan ahead.
