    The Gardeners Cottage is a cosy two-bedroom retreat situated within the Eastertyre estate, minutes from the small village of Logierait and 10 minutes to the nearby popular town of Pitlochry.

    Located within the grounds of Eastertyre Estate on the banks above the River Tay. This period cottage which adjoins the main manor house was once part of the grand Eastertyre Estate, owned by three generations of the Crabbie family, known for the company John Crabbie & Co, with its ginger wine and blended whiskies.

    The two-bedroom cottage which has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard sleeps 4 people creating an idyllic escape with family and close friends. The quiet setting, great location and stunning views makes The Gardeners Cottage a well-situated property to explore Perthshire and the many rural activities nearby.

    Downstairs you will find the open plan kitchen and dining area featuring modern appliances including induction hob/oven, washing machine, and dishwasher. The dining area with island and stools then opens into the living area comprising comfortable sofa seating, multifuel stove for those colder nights and SmartTV. The cottage also has WIFI throughout.

    A convenient downstairs bathroom adjacent to living area also features a WC and wash basin.

    On the first floor you will find two double bedrooms both with free standing storage, bedside tables, integral lighting, and USB charging ports. The shared family bathroom which is accessed via the landing features a walk-in shower, WC, and wash basin, there is also an additional WC on first floor.

    Externally the property has a garden space complete with table and chair seating for 4. There is a secure barn facility for bike / canoe storage, plus clothesline for drying wetsuits and an outdoor tap.

    Parking is provided. The property is situated within a courtyard area where there are neighbouring properties.

    The Gardeners Cottage welcomes up to 2 dogs. Charges apply. Dogs must be kept on leads within the property grounds.

    *If you are looking for a larger property or wanting to stay as a group, the neighbouring property 'The Stables' sleeps up to 8 guests and has the benefit of a large open lounge/dining area so is the perfect place to host. Using both properties, up to 12 guests can split between the two cottages*

Beautiful countryside

Staying at the Gardner’s Cottage was by far the best part of our UK travel experience. Scenic and quiet area yet not far from Pitlochry or Aberfeldy. Excellent accommodations! Owners were very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful luxury, value for money

This property is really luxurious, everything is of high quality including bedding, furnishings, kitchen equipment and utensils, etc. It's very private for being part of a larger building. The hosts are absolutely delightful and extremely helpful. .

Spotlessly clean & super comfortable property in a lovely peaceful countryside location. Everything you require was provided, Full-size fridge freezer & full kitchen for self catering. The hosts, Stuart & Davina are very friendly & helpful. Pitlochry is a short drive away where there are plenty of food shops & restaurants/takeaway outlets. I can highly recommend this property. Oh and I forgot to add, the beds are very, very comfortable, you might not want to get up in the morning. Plus a full walk-in shower bathroom & two additional toilets (one downstairs) so no waiting required.

Zentral gelegen und sehr empfehlenswert

Sehr schöne, saubere FeWo. Liegt für viele Ausflugsziele sehr zentral. Problemloser Check in/out, alles vorhanden was eine FeWo braucht incl. schöne große Küche.Für den Hund ebenfalls ideale Lage.
