"We stayed 5 nights and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Check -in was easy, and parking was super convenient. The grounds and landscaping are absolutely stunning. Pictures honestly don’t do it justice. Our room was spotless, smelled fresh, and the bed was so comfortable. Having access to a kitchen was also a huge plus and came in handy throughout our stay. This place really didn’t miss a single detail. Falling asleep to the sounds of the rainforest was the cherry on top. The entire vibe is so quaint, peaceful, and relaxing. 10/10 recommend we would absolutely stay here again."

"ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I booked a room 3 weeks in advanced. When I got there I went to my room and there was a lady in it. The lady and I got sent the exact same room and they gave me the code. Which is completely unsafe for me and her. I called and they apologized, then continued to give me a "upgrade". When i got to the room with the upgrade- there was 2 suitcases by the door. They gave me another code to another occupied room!! I called and then was told that they were all booked and I was unable to get a room I paid for. I was then stranded in Puerto Rico with no where to go for the night. One good thing is they gave me a full refund after I argued for it back. I will never be coming again. Terrible service and completely unsafe due to their lack of communication. "
