Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Cafés, Hafen, Parkplatz, alles liegt nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Trotzdem ist es nachts wunderbar ruhig, da das Schlafzimmer auf den angrenzenden Innenhof geht.
