A recently restored manor house, restored to its former glory, in which the qualifying element is constituted by the recovery of the stone structure, left externally exposed, less than 2 km from the beach, with a panoramic view that stretches from the promontory of Capo Palinuro in Punta licosa, 8 km from the port of Palinuro and 5 km from the port of Marina di Pisciotta. The surroundings are dotted with historic centers (Pisciotta, San Severino di Centola, Cuccaro, Camerota), archaeological sites (Velia, Roccagloriosa, Paestum), national monuments such as the Certosa di Padula and protected natural areas such as Porto Infreschi, Cala Bianca , Pozzallo beach, WWF Oasis of Morigerati, and "Capelli di Venere" of Casaletto Spartano. Structure The structure consists of four floors above ground served by a lift, a ground floor with a large entrance hall, an accommodation with a garden and a living room with a large outdoor terrace, while on the three upper floors another nine rooms, three on each floor , all with marvelous panoramic views of the Gulf of Capo Palinuro. The apartment with a double bedroom, kitchen / living room with hand-crafted opium sofa bed and orthopedic mattress, internal ceramics of glassware, laundry room and sea view balcony is finely furnished and cared for down to the smallest detail.
