We stayed here for 4 nights on the tail end of our Lisboa vacation. The Guesthouse is clean and in a great location. You can walk to various restaurants, padarias, lavanderias and the metro. Please note, yes you do feel the intermittent vibration of the train at lower levels but this did not. This did not interrupt my sleep, I use ear plugs. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We got off our cruise ship and walked to this hotel. It's only a 10-minute walk, but be aware you will be pulling your suitcases on cobblestone. It's definitely doable, but be aware. We stayed for 4 nights. This hotel exceeded our expectations!. It was very nice and the staff was always helpful! It's in a great location that is fairly flat. You don't even have to walk a block to eat at a different restaurant every night. If I come back to Lisbon, this is where I will stay!

The hotel is really nice in general. We had a Sweet (bigger, nicer, more expensive) but noticed right off the mat, but it felt very hot (lots of windows, but also a lot of radiant heat from the sun. The air conditioner did not seem to be working very well. We asked them to check it on night number three, and they said everything was fine. But when we got back from dinner, it was very very hot. It was definitely cooler outside than inside, so we had to open all of the windows to let a little cool air come in, and threw the blanket on the ground and used only a sheet. It was still super hot all night, and loud as well because of surrounding noises. We hardly slept at all.
