Welcome to this spacious 85 sqm apartment, with a private entrance, located on the ground floor (just one step to access the apartment) of a semi-detached villa nestled in the peaceful pine forest in the heart of Tirrenia, just a few steps from the sea!  
It's the perfect solution for those seeking relaxation, comfort, and the freedom to enjoy a beach holiday just moments from the shore.  
  
The recently renovated apartment offers:  
A master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.  
A second bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning.  
A bright bathroom with a large shower.  
A living room with Smart TV, fireplace, air conditioning, and a French sofa bed.  
Fully equipped eat-in kitchen (fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso machine, and all the essentials for cooking and dining), with direct access to the veranda.  
Small utility/laundry room with a washing machine to meet all your needs.  
A furnished veranda with sun loungers, a 10-person table, and a small barbecue – perfect for relaxing, dining, and enjoying evenings outdoors.  
  
The apartment, the veranda, and the private driveway are exclusively available to guests.  
You can park your car directly in the private driveway.  
Thanks to a simple self check-in system, you can access the apartment independently. Instructions will be provided after booking.  
On the day of arrival or the following morning, we will ask for your ID documents to complete the formalities in accordance with current regulations.  
  
The equipped beach with sunbeds and umbrellas (for a fee) is just 350 meters away.  
Free pubblic beach just 700 meters away.  
Nearby, you'll find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and bike rentals (available only during the summer months).  
Tennis, padel, golf, and horseback riding facilities are also easily accessible.  
The art cities of Pisa, Lucca, Livorno, Florence, and Siena can be comfortably reached by car.
