"Hotel Piran was an ideal location for, set along the coast, it is an ideal place to stay while in Piran. Staff was friendly and so helpful reaching out to a rental car company to clear something up for me. Breakfast buffet was good and seating outside was so pleasant. The only problem was which side your room is located…seaside quiet at night, street side made going to sleep difficult due to outside noise from traffic and city music…till 11:00at night!"

"Great location , wonderful breakfast buffet , front desk staff were difficult to deal with. The garage door for the parking would not work and we were stuck in the garage for 30 minutes with no answer at the front desk phone. The female front desk agent was unpleasant , unwelcoming and would not listen when we told her the garage door would not open. Why is the out door pool closed without providing notice to the guest? We would have booked somewhere else if we knew the outdoor pool would be closed."

"Travels as a family of 3. Our room(s) were fantastic. Steps from all the shops and restaurants. Walking distance to piran. And the kids lived the large indoor pool. Breakfast was great."

"Hôtel bien situé au bord de la mer et de Piran. Grande chambre spacieuse avec balcon et vue sur la mer. La vue est incroyable! Déjeuner avec beaucoup de variété. Une hôtel très impressionnante. La piscine mérite un petit upgrade mais en general très bien, Une hôtel à découvrir."

"Art Hotel is in a fabulous location in the central square. Staff very helpful, spoke excellent English and reception manned 24 hours a day. Room decent size. Bathroom small, no door on shower so risk of water on the bathroom floor. Duvets not in covers (provided) which we thought a little odd. Breakfast very good. Pleasant roof space overlooking the harbour and town but no bar up there. Minor problem with parking (1/2 mile away) as ticket failed to allow exit but that is being sorted out."
Hotel Histrion - Sava Hotels & Resorts

"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Histrion. Our room was clean and comfortable, and it was great to have a kettle and mini fridge provided. The only downside was that the tea and coffee weren’t restocked during our stay. Breakfast was fine, with enough choice to start the day. A high chair was also always available for our daughter, which was really convenient. Unfortunately, the indoor pool at Hotel Histrion was closed during our stay, but this didn’t matter at all as we had plenty of other options. We were able to use the outdoor swimming area at Bernardin Plaza, as well as the outdoor pool at Apartments Vila Barka, free of charge. We also had the option of using the indoor pool at Grand Hotel Bernardin, but the weather was so lovely that we much preferred being outside! The outdoor swimming area at Bernardin Plaza was fantastic and really made our stay. It was a great alternative to the closed pool and meant we could still enjoy plenty of swimming and relaxing in the sunshine! Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return!"

"We enjoyed the outside patio for lunch & breakfast and the kitchen. The room was clean but very small. We had to put our suitcases under the bed. The bed was against the wall so to get up during the night was a bit tricky. The price and location was good."
