Loved the privacy and view of the mountains over the snow-filled rice fields. Check in was easy with english speaking staff via a touch pad when arriving. There is a farmer's market on the way to Asahikawa with fresh local produce. Internet is fast (approx 10 MB/sec). Excellent water pressure. There is paid laundry facilities in a separate building. Parking is outside and the driveway is cleared by staff. The garage is for use as storage, not for parking the car. But you can park right up to your front door. A minor issue is no knives in the cutlery (a cooking knife is supplied). The upstairs Futon area has a really low ceiling maybe 4 foot high an adult won’t be able to stand up. The kitchen is geared to Japanese, only 2 dinner plates and no knives.
