Studio Apartment "Pianosa" with Sea View, Garden, Wi-Fi & Shared Pool

The studio apartment Pianosa is part of a typical Maremma farmhouse completely renovated and located in Riotorto. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the sea. This 27 m² property consists of a living room with a king-size bed and a sofa bed for one person (suitable for a child), a kitchen and 1 bathroom, and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as cable TV. A high chair is also available. A barbecue is available and only to be used with coal and charcoal.

Your private outdoor area includes a garden and an outdoor shower. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a fenced pool (open from 1 June until 15 September and shared between all apartments of the residence). Enjoy relaxing sea views while preparing a healthy meal for your family.

The apartment is situated in a strategic position and you can easily reach the beach of Carbonifera in 5 minutes by car.
