Our stay in Cartagena was absolutely amazing! The service was top tier from start to finish. Catalina at the front desk was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. She and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Breakfast was phenomenal every morning, and the ambiance of the hotel was peaceful, beautiful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Housekeeping was excellent—they cleaned our room whenever we requested, and we appreciated the option to simply use the door button if we didn’t need service. They even offered twice-daily housekeeping, which was a great touch. The only minor issue was seeing a couple of small bugs, but that’s understandable with a boutique hotel that has an open-air rooftop pool. It didn’t take away from an otherwise wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a smaller, quieter boutique hotel away from large crowds. We would definitely stay here again!
