This picture was taken on the New River while I was out learning to fly fish with my father. The one thing that I really take away from this picture is how peaceful it is. I think that this represents the Appalachia region because for the most part this river has always been here. At one point it was someones way of catching food for their family, or a way for them to travel to different places down the river. But, today it was the river that let me enjoy time with my father without the distractions of technology or the busy world around us. This river will probably continue to be here long after we are gone, but one thing is for certain it will always be apart of Appalachia’s identity. #appalachianechos

"While this is a rural location, it was a perfect location for us. We were visiting family near the area. We love animals and the many animals here were so much fun to stay near. The apartment is exactly as decribed and pictured. The space is clean and comfortable, with special and thoughtful touches everywhere. Breakfast was offered as an up charge and it was well worth it.
