The room was dirty inside the closet, the carpet as well as the coffee pot when we arrived. After housekeeping cleaned, all of those items were still dirty and we did not receive fresh towels.

Park Central South Beach
Service was awful. Maid service may or may not come to clean your room. Never any fresh and clean towels at the pool. No drinking glasses in room. Phone in room never worked. If you want a coffee refill, they will charge you! It is so chintzy for a hotel charging these prices. Wish I'd stayed elsewhere ...

Staff was rude, unwelcoming, and made every guest feel like they were a bother. How bout a smile, or a good morning, or a thank you. Room security and noise is a huge issue. Repair your door seals and sweeps
