"Everything was great, other then... we chose this location because it had a pool. Traveling with 3, 10 year olds, a pool was a MUST!! We were able to swim once for about 2 minutes before the smell of chlorine forced us to leave. All three of my kids almost immediately became ill, including coughing, burning eyes and skin irritation Later that evening the pool was completely closed "for maintenance". We were told it was something to do with the chlorine levels. We ended up checking out a day early because the weather wasnt great to be outside, the pool was closed and the kids were still not feeling great. One of our children still has a horrible cough and skin irritation. Other then that, everything was as it should be. "

"We loved everything about this cabin! Nicely arranged for the small space and very clean!! The views were absolutely amazing as we enjoyed the sunrise and sunset every day during our stay. The front windows provide lake views the entire day - so relaxing! The provided kayaks and pedal boat were also nice and came in handy. Fishing off the dock was fun and my sister caught her first large mouth bass which we will never forget. Communication with Ashlee prior to our visit was excellent and the hosts Jeff and Suzanne were very pleasant and welcoming. "

"Older cottage with lots of charm. Clean and close to plenty of places to eat, drink or shop. Friendly and attentive owners, called and emailed to check in and make sure our stay was perfect, which it was!"

"Newly updated and looked just like the pictures. However, there was a strong odor of mildew throughout the lower level that they tried to cover up by having multiple plug in air fresheners. There was a problem with bugs in the kitchen (even found a bug inside the microwave)and in the large bedroom upstairs. It is advertised as having air conditioning, but it is only in the bedrooms. The days we were visiting, the temperatures were in the upper 80's and lower 90's. The thermostat read 88 degrees in the main part of the unit at one point. There was a leak under the kitchen sink, and inadequate window coverings. Up stairs bathroom had no curtain and lower bedroom only had a sheer in the window. "

"Came up last minute for wife’s birthday and loved the place! Perfect for a couple to relax. Very clean, owners were great and quick to answer our questions and provide us with what we needed. Within walking distance to the lake, DNR boat launch, and bar/restaurants. "
