"morning dining area a little small. Had to bring food to the room. no where to sit. seats all taken. Your fitness equipment is a liability!! checked out the multi station. As a commercial fitness equipment technician that owns my own company, I was going to use your cable multi unit but noticed top plate did not line up with weight stack and main jam nut that holds the cable into the weight stack loose. If this was tightened properly During install it would not be loose. unit was unsafe and mentioned this to front desk staff. A WORD OF ADVISE..an out of order sign should be placed on that unit. Trust me! I have over 25 hotels i service on a regular basis including preventative maintenance on a regular basis on all. This is an often overlooked amenity that can cause your insurance rates to skyrocket! I see this time and time again. There should be a place in every hotels budget for regular maintenance and keep a record of all visits and repairs completed. Don't sacrifice your liability insurance just to maintain a budget. I've been in this business for over 30 years, don't take someone's safety for granted. If a call is placed for service put an out of order sign on it AND wrap unit with yellow caution tape until its serviced properly. I know it doesn't look good for the hotel , but the alternative is very costly."

"Staff was wonderful. Room was large and very clean and comfortable. We were on the rail side. Luckily I’m a sound sleeper so the trains throughout the night didn’t bother me. Coffee/tea station was very nice. Would definitely recommend for the savings!"

"The Casino had enough restaurants to eat at in the late evening and had live music. The rooms were clean and were very nice. We had mentioned we were staying here for my birthday and they sent us a fancy cake to celebrate."
