"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and our room was spacious and inviting. A special thank you to the Liliana at the reception who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made every effort to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Her willingness to help truly made a difference and made us feel very welcomed and valued as guests. The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of excellent restaurants, good food, and grocery stores nearby, which made everything very convenient during our stay. The hotel provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We really appreciated the excellent service and warm hospitality, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Great hotel for a work trip! The staff are lovely, rooms very comfortable, and I loved the mountain view from my room on the 15th floor. I only wish the shower had a shelf or similar to hold my toiletries; bathrobes would have been nice, too. But overall my stay was great!"
