We like staying here when we go to Pinetop-Lakeside. The rooms are comfortable (need better pillows though, or give more than 3 for a king size bed) and it’s a quiet area. The staff has been very friendly when we’ve visited. See you next time!

It was the nicest, cleanest 2 star hotel we've ever stayed in. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We also liked the keypad entry... no card or phone to mess with. Nice place to stay for a reasonable price.

Not a bad place, it is simple, clean,quiet. Is not a hotel or motel, but is good to stay. Staff is ok you don't see them too often ,when we are leaving one of the manager stop us and say thank you and he ask if we like the stay and if we have any problem. Very nice this days you don't see too many people stop and ask how was the stay.

Clean, basic, and comfortable for a few nights at a very good price. Don’t expect luxury or a lot of frills, but it’s a great value. The little Marketplace was a pleasant surprise—the prices were some of the most reasonable I’ve seen anywhere. Overall, a good, affordable place to stay.

Newly renovated. Room had a full size refrigerator microwave and coffee maker. The staff was super helpful when I asked for a blow dryer. They arrived in under 2 minutes. The only thing you might need to ask help with is the shower. Had a little trouble turning it on. .

We have a place in Pinetop so we're back & forth all summer, but we stayed here once a couple years ago & again last night when we had AC issues! Great price for SL/Pinetop/Lakeside, super clean room plus good bedding & towels..and the grandkids went swimming twice in 18 hours!

If you are on a budget but want to schedule an outing to Northern Arizona, Pinetop has so many advantages. The Pinetop suite hotel is very clean and quiet. The rooms have a moderate sized refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee pot, and a vending snack shop. There is an indoor pool and hot tub, although I didn't have a swim suit so I really can't evaluate that option. Anthony checked me in and he went above and beyond to get me a ground level room with good AC.
