WATERFRONT, exclusive and refined complex in one of the most evocative stretches of the Montesilvano seafront and a few steps from the large golden sand beaches. The Interno 23 apartment, on the 4th floor of the residence which can also be reached by lift, is a three-room penthouse with a modern and decisive style. The entrance leads directly into the living room, large and bright, with access to the balcony which offers a side sea view. The outdoor area is equipped with a sitting area tto enjoy time outdoors and also a storage room with laundry corner. The living room has a TV corner and sofa, and extends to the fully equipped kitchen, equipped with induction cooking corner, oven and dishwasher. The sleeping area is composed by two fully furnished double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The apartment is air conditioned, offers Wi-Fi connection included, and has electronic key access. To offer you greater comfort, you will find included in the price an initial supply of bed linen and towels inside the apartment.
