I had a great time with friends here. This house is very nice and clean. It is peaceful and you are surrounded by amazing views! Price is affordable! Overall, I extremely recommend this place!
My partner and I stayed here over Valentine’s weekend, and we had an amazing time! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the home was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and incredibly cozy. It was easy to find, and the host was fantastic, responding quickly to any messages. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and will definitely be booking this home again! Highly recommend.
The pictures of the property are very accurate, but the pictures of the view don’t do it justice. Paula was an excellent host and very communicative. Everything was well maintained. We hope to visit again soon!
Me and my whole family LOVED our stay at this special property. Paula, the host was incredibly helpful and communicative. Paula was flexible and made sure that we had everything we needed for a safe, comfortable, and easy stay! The views of this cabin are absolutely magical and the neighborhood was quiet and calm. Paula had placed two Carbon monoxide monitors in the cabin, so we felt so safe and at ease. The cabin was well stocked with cooking gear, tons of plates, cups, silverware, and other amenities. The heating kept us very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. So happy we chose this wonderful cabin over the holidays. Definitely would recommend.
We took a short trip to PMC for a few days to get away from the City and fell in love with this property and town. The views were absolutely stunning and picturesque. We needed to get in touch with the host for a couple of items and questions, and they were extremely responsive, courteous, and helpful. We plan on visiting PMC again soon, and this will be our Go-To property to stay at. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location actually has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was quite the surprise. We only used the upper level for our stay as there was only 2 of us. The property was easy to find, and the welcome instructions were very complete and helpful. Thank you very much, Dannie and Paula, for opening your home as a rental to the public.
I welcome the opportunity to visit and enjoy another stay here. Paula outlined everything perfectly and there were no side blinded surprises (Do Not let the negative review influence you about the trash. There is wildlife and having to dispose of trash properly should not come as a surprise!)
Anyway, the views were spectacular and the home very comforting and open. I look forward to coming back. Thank you so much!
This was our second stay at this location, and as always Paula is an amazing host, with very quick communication. We feel that this house is the best location and rental house in all of Pine Mountain Club. The view is second to none, and the house itself is very comfortable, charming, and lots of room and space to spread out.The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you would need to cook. There are also some condiments and spices if you forget to bring your own. We only used the King Size bed, in the main bedroom which is very comfortable and warm. The heating in the house works great, and love that the water heats up quickly from the faucet so you're not waiting forever to get warm water. We were fortunate enough to get to experience a snowfall, which was truly magical, as you don't get to see snow in Los Angeles. The community is very friendly, and helpful, and are always wanting to help point you in the right direction and have a friendly conversation. This will not be our last visit to this beautiful house, and hope to stay there many more times in the months and years to come. Thank you Paula for a wonderful stay as always!
Had an amazing stay at this property. The view is incredible!! The house was comfortable and close to the store and The Perch (fun restaurant). The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. There was a small issue with the heater (which was not the hosts fault). Once I reached out to the host, they responded immediately, had a nearby relative bring space heaters and had a repair person fix the issue (on New Years eve). The host also offered other accommodations if we preferred. They went well beyond to make sure we were cared for and happy! We had an amazing time at our favorite property we have found at Pine Mountain. Would 100% stay again.
Very nice location and well equipped kitchen. House was comfortable. Beautiful sunset every evening and wonderfully quiet. We stayed here in July. I do not recommend this time of year. The house became quite toasty in the afternoons and did not cool down until sometime in the morning. The one AC unit in the living area worked well but the bedrooms never cooled down. We could not open the patio doors at night because of the concern about bears. We slept in the downstairs bedroom which was cooler but not as comfortable as the upstairs one. We came from Phoenix so we understand heat. I think it would help if the patio doors had coverings made for the sun.
Communicative host lovely cabin and great views!! If you go in winter the last part of the drive is steep and a little icy so be prepared. It was really easy to find and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes to cook.

Ok
House and trip very nice. Did not appreciate being charged $20 to take out trash. Unit does not have an outside trash can.
Thank goodness unadvertised fees are wrong and now the state has recognized this and passed a bill making them illegal.
