Upstairs there is a work desk with printer available for those who need to keep in touch with the office and do a bit of work. The wrap-around deck is great for relaxing, viewing the ocean, feeling the ocean breezes while listening to the waves.

The master bedroom offers deck access. Recline on the wrap around porch or have a meal on the outside dining table. The ocean-view deck includes a dining table, Adirondack chairs, rockers and lounge chairs. Each upstairs bedroom has an en-suite bath, ceiling fan and TV. Two driveways will accommodate up to six vehicles. If you bring a boat you have access to 3 PKS launch sites just blocks away. The private, quiet neighborhood beach access is conveniently located less than 2 blocks down the street.

The downstairs utility room has a washer/dryer. Adult and children bicycles are available for use along with, cornhole and volleyball and net. A gas grill is available for barbecuing your favorite meats and seafood.
No need to fill your car with "beach stuff". The cooler, beach towels, chairs, beach canopy and beach toys (boogie boards, carts and wagons) are all in the garage.
