We visited during the off-season and it was very quiet. Weather was beautiful the whole week and like others have stated, we enjoyed watching dolphins in the ocean. We loved the glass windows that overlooked the ocean. We were able to see dolphins playing and my mom could watch the grandkids playing on the beach. The pool was never crowded. What made the stay even better was the communication from the owner to ensure all was as expected. The owner was so conscientious and accommodating. The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo and amenities were clear and concise. We took a trip to the aquarium which is close by and enjoyed fresh seafood at a few of the local restaurants. Richard and Tina were the perfect hosts. We enjoyed our visit to Pine Knoll Shores very much and look forward to visiting again in the future. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fresh roll of paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, and full soap in each bathroom. We especially loved the assortment of k-cups for the coffee maker. Owner was in touch via text and check-in was very easy with a key-code deadbolt. We didn't have any issues with anything in the house. The condo was filled with dozens of thoughtful appointments that made our stay enjoyable. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates and glassware, The King beds were comfortable and Richard provides extra heavy blankets. This condo was by far the nicest we've stayed in on the island. It was very clean as other reviewers have said. Everything looked new and was in great condition. The decor was lovely, the colors and artwork were well thought out. The furniture and the beds were really comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked. The layout was perfect for us. My husband and I had the front bedroom, and our daughter and her two teens stayed in the back bedrooms. Having 3 bathrooms was awesome! The view was perfect from inside and on the balcony. Wifi worked well. Richard could not have been easier to work with. He quickly responded to the few questions we had.
