"New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We pointed it out and housekeeper said it had been on maintenance’s radar for a while. However. Maintenance came in two days and repaired it completely. These are...

"One of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. White sand and crystal clear water and not crowded at all. And Grace Bay Club was exceptional in every way - especially the helpful friendly staff. "

"Great location - no better place to stay as POC is in the middle of everything. Extremely friendly staff and always helpful. The resort itself was perfect for a budget friendly experience on the island. "

"I can’t recommend this resort enough! Everything about the property was excellent - the rooms, the restaurants, the food, the staff, the pools, the beach."

"This property was advertised as all inclusive, but it is not. I was very disappointed when every single meal, snack, bottle of water, etc was an extra charge. The resort will only provide a $16 credit towards daily breakfast but almost every option on their menu exceeds the $16 credit, unless you only want toast and fruit. The menu at all of the restaurants were overpriced, their food was decent, service was good at all restaurants, but every meal added to the expense for this stay. The resort was very clean, rooms were large, and staff was friendly. Location was very convenient to the airport and local activities, and the beach at this property was nice!"
"If you’re looking for Rest, Recovery, and Relaxation this place is it!!! It gives an intimate experience with beach, pools and a lot of Sunshine 🌞.
The staff is amazing! Definitely a great place to keep coming back to."
"Amazing property! We will be back next year. The rooms were pristine, the location perfection and the beaches were absolutely stunning. Not to mention the great restaurant on property."
"This hotel is good, especially for the price compared to other expensive hotels across the street. They painted the hallways and repaired the pool several days during our trip so this was a slight inconvenience. Our rooms were cleaned every day, however there was always sand on the floors and the sheets felt like they had sand as well. Housekeeping was hit or miss, especially with supplying the proper amount of towels and replacing toilet paper and Kleenex. We kept having to ask for these items. The arrangement for receiving pool towels was a little awkward. You can only get one towel at a time and have to turn it back in to receive a new towel or a towel card. I'm assuming they must have had issues in the past with guests taking towels and not returning them...? The daily breakfast was nice and we really appreciated being able to have fresh cold water all day long. The pool is difficult to get into because the handrail is very low. You have to bend way down to reach it and it's awkward getting in and out. Consider replacing these with higher handrails and add padding so they aren't so hot to touch. The temperature in the pool was very warm, especially in the afternoon so consider using the pool early, otherwise it's like bath water. Having restaurants on the property was very nice. Skull Rock was awesome and the drinks were amazing!"
"My stay here was absolutely amazing. My family enjoyed our stay. The Tides is a small luxury lodging frfr and thats what I truly liked about it. It was so quiet. A while vibe. We stayed in the downstairs unit with the patio that opened to the pool. Now if you decide to stay this year (2026), be mindful that there is a large hotel being built behind them. The construction was during the day ONLY. At night it was just sounds of nature and the water. The walk to the beach is literally a 3 min walk. Bay Bistro is right behind Tides and has some amazing food. Brenda the Manager, is a JOY. The grounds crew worked effortlessly to keep the property looking nice. More so due to the debris from the construction of the new hotel behind it. But the crew did an amazing job while we were there. No it is not an all inclusive but it is a PERFECT getaway spot for Turks. The room was stunning, and I cant stress this enough. The interior was calming, minimalistic and welcoming. I checked out a bike and rode to the store to stock the fridge for our stay to ease spending of restaurant food. The bike ride was about 7min each way. Oh if you arrive early you have to check out the Thursday Fish Fry. So good. Its walking distance from the hotel (literally down the street)."
"The Staff at this Hotel were exceptional and made our stay exceptional! From the front desk, morning coffee at the restaurant, lunch by the beach, the young men setting up our day at the beach and the staff that tended our rooms, all were wonderful and went out of their way to make everything perfect! The beach is lovely! We so enjoyed having a delicious lunch at the restaurant located steps from our beach chairs! Yummy salads and sandwiches and again, lovely staff there!! Can’t thank everyone enough! We can only hope to come back!!"
