Charming cottage for 6 people in El Pedrosu (Piloña), in a completely rural setting with everything you need to unwind and enjoy nature.

Our cosy rural home, El Pedrosu, is located in the picturesque village of the same name, which belongs to the parish of Espinareu within the municipality of Piloña and is just a few kilometres from its capital: Infiesto.

This area of beautiful landscapes, with deep valleys filled with lush forests, is the perfect haven for those seeking to immerse themselves in nature, disconnect from their daily routine, and take a break to rest and recharge. The hospitality of the locals, the area’s culture and cuisine, and the lush natural surroundings make Casa El Pedrosu a sure bet that will allow you to enjoy wonderful activities and trails such as the Senda de las Foces del Río Infierno (suitable for all ages) or the famous Vízcares (a bit more challenging for experienced hikers), both of which start from the Pesanca recreational area, just a few kilometres from the house.

LAYOUT AND AMENITIES OF EL PEDROSU:
The house is laid out over two floors in the traditional Asturian architectural style, with simple finishes. Outside, there is a small enclosed patio with wooden benches, outdoor furniture, umbrellas, and a barbecue, as well as a small porch that serves as an entryway to the house. Next to the house, there is a parking area on the left.
As for the interior of the house, on the ground floor there is a modest living room with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a chaise lounge. Next is the kitchen, equipped with an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a microwave, a full set of cookware, and all the necessary tableware. Adjacent to the kitchen is a bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, you’ll find the other two bedrooms, which were completely renovated in 2026: one open and airy bedroom with a 150-cm double bed and another bedroom with a 135-cm bed. Next to the first bedroom is the door leading to the hallway or balcony, and through it you’ll find a full bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, and washing machine. The entire house has hot water provided by an electric water heater, and although cell phone reception is currently limited in the area, the house’s Wi-Fi works without any issues.

El Pedrosu allows pets upon request for an additional fee of 5 euros per pet per night; a travel cot is also available upon request, subject to availability, for an additional fee of 5 euros per night.
