"We arrived to the Inn with a paid reservation and couldn’t find a place to park on the property. We parked in the street. When we checked in, the front desk told us that there was a wedding party at the Inn. She also said we shouldn’t park on the street after 9 because we could be ticketed. We left for dinner and found one place to park when we returned. I wondered what would have happened if there were no places available? Taken our chances at being issued a citation?"

"We had a great stay! This is a quaint, charming little hotel in the Mount Sunapee area that was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Our room was comfortable, inviting, and spotless, and we especially loved the bathroom. You can tell the property is cared for and that attention is paid to the details. The only area that could use some improvement is the selection of drinks and snacks available for guests—it was pretty limited. A few more choices would be a nice addition. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Clean, comfortable, charming, and a great place to stay while visiting the Sunapee area!"

"It is an older Family owned motel. Single story. The rooms inside were spotless and updated. A great value for the money. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there. In the morning I noticed the small motel appeared to be full and that was on a Wednesday. I small hidden gem."

"I called for a late check in and got a very pleasant and helpful woman who spoke regular American english! It was refreshing to actually get good customer service without having to try and decipher gibberish. It is a very nice roadside motel. Exactly what I needed, a clean comfortable room that I could park directly on front of,a nice shower with fixtures that were completely functional and worked as expected. It was refreshing to stay in what used to be nearly every motel in America."

"Due to work requirements we were forced to alter our travel plans. Host was very accommodating with our changes and worked with us to resolve even though she did not have to. House was lovely and we wished we could have stayed as scheduled."

"The host was always helpful and very friendly. The Treehouse was exceptionally clean and everything we could possibly need was available. We picked this location because we were able to visit every place we wanted with little travel time. This unique treehouse is a MUST visit!! It was a surprise for my husband and I’d do it all over again!!!Thank you so much "
