Sitting on the back porch watching the sunrise, perfect. Unfortunately the property could do with a refurbishment especially to the kitchen where there is a gas cooker that you have to light with a match. Also the drawers are a bit sticky. It also could do with a more comfortable sofa in the living room. I found it much too low and lacking support. The location is great cless than 1km to the bars.
